IN PERSon training

services:
This type of training takes place in the gym where we meet for an hour each session and I guide you through each workout! I make sure the form is correct, that you are pushing yourself, and that you get the most out of each workout.

online training

Services:
There are two types. One on One online training, we meet once a week on zoom or over the phone; we go over the previous week of training and answer any questions. Then we set up for the following week, where you receive workouts and video guidance. There are also pdf versions where you are given workouts for a certain period of time that you complete in your own time.
